Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves customer service, training clients on products, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven sales abilities and experience in sales management
• Skills in training and guiding customers for effective product use
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms
• Previous experience in the plastic processing or machinery industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
