Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves devising and implementing sales strategies, supporting sales management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for meeting targets and developing client accounts
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams or client representatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the packaging industry or a similar field is an advantage
