Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, providing insights for sales strategies, and maintaining records of client interactions and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in Training for mentoring and upskilling team members as necessary.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in sales and client management is an advantage.
