Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive sales, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, managing sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting team training initiatives. The role demands effective communication with a variety of clients and stakeholders to achieve company growth objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets

Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with sales-related tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience in the marketing or media industry is a plus

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, India

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)
