Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Sales Specialist at KareVoyage. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective clients to understand their travel needs, presenting KareVoyage offerings, closing sales opportunities, and maintaining thorough records in sales management tools. Training prospective clients on available travel packages may also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including setting sales goals, developing strategies, and achieving targets.
  • Experience or ability in Training to educate clients or team members on travel options and services.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or working with senior citizens is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
