Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in South Delhi, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth through client acquisition, building relationships, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional duties include managing and training sales initiatives, presenting and promoting products effectively, and achieving sales targets. Regular collaboration with the team to align strategies and deliver an exceptional client experience will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to effectively meet and exceed targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Experience in Training and developing team members to optimize sales performance
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare and wellness products is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
