Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Product Sales Specialist. The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, managing customer accounts, implementing sales strategies, and fulfilling customer service requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales operations, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction with Kennovation's solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Sales and Account Management expertise, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge in Sales Operations to manage sales processes efficiently
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with software or technology solutions is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the IT or software service industry is a plus
