Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, providing detailed consultations on immigration and visa options, and managing the sales pipeline. You will also deliver client service excellence, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and meet business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in delivering Training within a sales or service-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused on-site role.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes or prior experience in the immigration and visa consulting field is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
