7. Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
8. Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations. 9. Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements
