Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving sales. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their needs, offering suitable product solutions, conducting customer service tasks, and providing training or guidance on product usage when required. Collaboration with the sales team to strategize and achieve company sales targets will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets efficiently.
  • Experience in Training to guide teams and customers on product usage and benefits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on achieving goals.
  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
