Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, achieving targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves delivering product training to customers, managing sales processes efficiently, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to address customer needs effectively and professionally.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in Training or conducting product demonstrations, helping customers understand product features and benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
