Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based at AAFT's Goregaon campus. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective learners and their families, explain AAFT's programs and admission processes, and guide them from initial inquiry through enrollment. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing inbound leads, conducting campus walk-throughs or program presentations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with academic and marketing teams, participating in events and education fairs, and providing prompt follow-up and support to ensure a positive applicant experience. The Sales Specialist will also monitor daily/weekly targets, prepare basic sales reports, and contribute feedback to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective students, answer queries clearly, and build trust with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead conversion, pipeline management, and achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and deliver program briefings, information sessions, or basic product presentations.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or service-based sales is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting; ability to work with data to track performance.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort interacting with people from varied cultural and geographic backgrounds; willingness to work extended hours during peak admission periods if required.
