Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist intern will support lead generation, outreach, and conversion activities for FlashSpace's virtual office, coworking, and compliance services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, understanding their workspace and compliance needs, and presenting suitable solutions from the FlashSpace portfolio. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inquiries, coordinating with operations and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals. The intern will also receive guidance and training from senior team members, participate in sales reviews, and contribute to local marketing or promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client queries professionally.
  • Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead handling and basic pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to learn and apply Training received on products, processes, and CRM tools quickly and effectively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and interacting with a diverse range of business customers.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic understanding of coworking, virtual offices, or startup ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
