The facility features cutting-edge equipment for strength and cardio, dynamic spinning and cycling classes led by experienced instructors, and a fitness-focused café with nutritious meals and snacks. Members can also access ice bath therapy to support recovery and enhance performance. Open seven days a week, EliteFit X Dubai Dates Nutrition fosters a supportive community of health-focused individuals and regularly offers engaging classes, events, and exclusive promotions.

Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our Mumbai facility. In this position, you will proactively engage potential and existing members, provide facility tours, explain membership options, and close sales to meet individual and team targets. You will respond to walk-in, phone, and digital inquiries, deliver high-quality customer service, and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. The role includes coordinating with the fitness and nutrition teams to understand current offerings, participating in promotional events and outreach activities, and supporting new member onboarding. You will also monitor member feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure the sales area and marketing materials are well-organized and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage a diverse clientele and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, such as tracking performance metrics and supporting sales campaigns, is an advantage.
  • Capability to provide or support Training related to membership options, product knowledge, and sales best practices for team members.
  • Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field is a plus.
