Phoenix Industries is a leading manufacturer of resin-based furniture and household products in Sri Lanka, boasting a successful track record of exporting to 15 countries. As part of our strategic expansion into the Indian market, we are establishing our presence by opening a branch office in Bangalore. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Representative to contribute to our growth in India.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive business development activities in Coimbatore and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business in Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
• Identify, approach, and onboard potential distributors, dealers, and retailers.
• Generate new leads and increase market coverage.
• Take customer orders and coordinate with dispatch for timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and maintain stock and sales records.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (FMCG / retail / distribution experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore region.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Location: Coimbatore, India (with travel throughout India as required)
