Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations, thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Internal Liaison: Maintain regular liaison with sales/Pre-sales and member relations departments.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
  • Ad-hoc Activities: Perform any other activities as defined by the sales manager.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ability to identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Skills in effectively handling objections and cancellations.
  • Ability to prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Strong liaison skills with internal departments (sales/Pre-sales, member relations).
  • Eagerness to keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training.
  • Ability to perform various sales-related activities as defined by management.
  • Proficiency in B2B or B2C selling.
