Sales Representative

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Sales Representative with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the health & wellness industry and a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive sales growth. 

Location: Westend Green, Delhi 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients 

- Present and promote products/services clearly and persuasively 

- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis 

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service or the right combination of services based on needs 

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions 

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments 

Requirements: 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (health & fitness industry preferred) 

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be well-spoken and confident 

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Background in fitness, wellness, nutrition, or related field 

- Experience working with trainers, wellness brands, or health-focused organizations 

- Passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle improvement
