Led by founder Abdul Muqtader Zain, a Harvard HUFPI alumnus, IKIGAI is on a mission to bring educational independence to India, aiming to reach 5 million students within the next decade.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Hyderabad. The Sales Representative will engage clients to understand their needs, present IKIGAI's value-added educational programs, and build strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, reaching out to leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with the internal team for program implementations, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and effective deal negotiation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of the education sector and a strong passion for educational reform is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
  • Results-oriented attitude with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
