Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guntur for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and targeting potential clients, achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and managing customer accounts. They will communicate the value of Justmillet products, addressing customer inquiries and promoting the mission of sustainable and healthy eating practices while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and pipeline development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to proactively identify potential clients and market needs
  • Proficient in time management and organization, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales goals
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition, sustainable practices, or health-focused products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the food industry or consumer goods sales is advantageous
