We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with global prospects, and creating new business opportunities in the IT software services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying and engaging with target accounts
- Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce company offerings and build interest
- Conduct market research and data profiling to identify key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, VP IT, IT Head, etc.)
- Reach out to C-level executives via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects and internal sales teams on active opportunities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing conversations
- Gather contact details through various sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and databases
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT software products/services)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field
- Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email & phone)
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives
- Proficient in internet research and CRM tools
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
