Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support our sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating leads through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
  • Well versed with LinkedIn Navigations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support senior sales representatives in negotiating deals and closing sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
