Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting property options, and guiding them through the buying process from initial inquiry to final closure. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients, while delivering excellent customer service and staying updated with market trends and property developments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication
- Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in premium and luxury properties
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of property management tools
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages; multilingual ability is a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate or related industries is an advantage
