Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students through calls and virtual meetings
  • Explain UG/PG programs and guide students accordingly
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
  • Convert leads into successful student enrollments
  • Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM
  • Follow up with interested candidates regularly
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 months of experience in Inside Sales or Academic Counselling
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
