Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's range of premium textured paint products. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, generating leads, presenting product options, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the team to strategize new business approaches and market trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Understanding of market research, sales processes, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Prior experience in the paint or construction materials industry is a plus
