Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Promote beverage products to customers at retail stores, supermarkets, exhibitions, and events.
Explain product features, benefits, flavours, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Ensure branding materials and promotional stands are properly displayed.
Prepare daily sales and activity reports.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, or retail sales promotion is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and promotional events.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and merchandising.
Local language proficiency is mandatory; English/Hindi preferred.

Working Conditions
Field-based role during promotions and events.
Travel within the assigned territory may be required.

Experience in beverage, FMCG, or food product promotions is mandatory.
