Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers with a warm, professional approach
- Understand customer preferences and guide them through our product collections
- Clearly explain product design, quality, and pricing & Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, aligned with brand values
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Handle billing and POS operations smoothly & Ensure accurate coordination on stock availability and orders
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail sales
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with billing systems and basic inventory handling
- Willingness to work weekends (weekly off on a weekday)
