Role Description

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base in Pune City. You will oversee daily sales activities such as identifying and pursuing new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, understanding the market trends for laminates and surfacing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, requiring excellent interpersonal and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis
  • Ability to generate new leads and follow up on potential business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in working with a team to achieve sales targets
  • Awareness of industry trends and an understanding of the laminates or surfacing solutions market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune City with a customer-centric approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the laminates, construction, or B2B sales industry is an advantage
