Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Field Sales Officer. In this role, the Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, and developing and maintaining strong business relationships with Industrial customers. The role requires promoting Luminova's lighting and automation solutions, addressing customer queries, and conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Candidate will be aggressively meeting all the Clients based in MIDCs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management
• Candidate must have experience of selling products to Industrial customer
• Strong skills in Sales and an ability to identify and develop opportunities
• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of the lighting and automation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
