Counter Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Handle the counter and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and fulfilling their demands.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to track store performance.
• Inventory Management: Update product inventory, track stock functionality, and ensure availability of products.
• Store Operations: In the absence of the Store Manager, take responsibility for daily store activities and overall management.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers, answer queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
