Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Connect with students and working professionals via calls and messages to understand their career goals.
  • Counsel candidates on suitable online, distance, and executive education programs.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission processes clearly.
  • Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions within timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for smooth admissions.
  • Ensure proper pre-sales and post-admission support to candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience: Freshers to 3 Years.
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Interest in sales, counseling, and client interaction.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability.
