Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Sales Officer focused on digital lead generation and cross-selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM tools).
  • Drive cross-selling of loan products to existing and new customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from generation to conversion.
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition (preferably in fintech/NBFC).
  • Experience in loan sales (personal loan, business loan, etc. ).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of lending products and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in cross-selling financial products.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
