Achieve the set business targets for the territory driving both primary and secondary sales.
Achieve the set distribution and productivity related KPIs for the territory focusing on must sell SKUs, ECO, distribution targets, SKU mix, etc.
Drive the sales enablers and trade inputs in the geography by focusing on in-store availability, visibility & communication. She/he will also be responsible for trade engagement and managing relationship with key outlets in her/his geography as well as providing competitor information to stakeholders.
Drive distributor partner management focusing on target achievement, salesman productivity, key partner engagement by tracking parameters & providing timely inputs and support. Will also be responsible for timely settlement of distributor claims as per company norms.
Ensure market hygiene in terms of effective market coverage, route optimization, outlet expansion and efficient manpower and delivery.
Partner with customer marketing officers, merchandisers to ensure effective communication and deployment of new product launches and BTL activities.
Drive market hygiene norms focusing on adherence to MIS systems, data and information management, and influence distributors to do the same. Will also be responsible to monitor and settle L&D as per company norms.
Hire, coach, lead and inspire the 3P salesmen to achieve their targets. Ensure regular gate meetings and team reviews at agreed frequency.
