Job Description

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and acquire new clients for secured loan products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners like DSAs and real estate agents.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide clients with information on new products and services.
  • Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
  • Loan Processing & Documentation
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal of loans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for product enhancements.

Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
