Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a network of distributors and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating detailed sales reports. The role also involves briefing clients on products and fostering business relations with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of market trends, distribution networks, and product categories in the consumer goods or incense industry
• Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and performance analysis
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Prior experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG sales is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
