Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune for a Sales Officer at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, fostering partnerships with channel partners, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet sales targets. The role will require proactive communication and collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and growth in sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and the ability to manage and close sales effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in Channel Sales to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation
Fixed 15,000/- Plus incentive
