This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to drive sales growth through strategic marketing plans and campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, developing marketing materials, managing client relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves overseeing market research, executing promotional strategies, and aligning brand messaging across various channels.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including client engagement and revenue generation
• Marketing expertise with a focus on campaign management, promotional strategies, and market trend analysis
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including lead generation and online campaign optimization
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret data and metrics for decision-making and performance tracking
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in sales and marketing roles, particularly in real estate or related industries, is preferred
