Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, coordinating with influencers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Execution & Management
  • Handle end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Pricing, and Sales) to understand campaign requirements
  • Ensure seamless execution from influencer onboarding to content delivery and reporting
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines

2. Influencer Coordination & Communication
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign briefs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers during campaigns
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and ensure clarity on expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies

3. Content & Quality Control
  • Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Provide feedback and ensure necessary revisions are completed
  • Ensure content quality, compliance, and timely approvals

4. Campaign Tracking & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI
  • Maintain campaign trackers and documentation
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations

5. Client Coordination
  • Work closely with clients to understand expectations and provide regular updates
  • Address client queries and ensure satisfaction with campaign delivery
  • Support in presenting campaign results and insights

6. Process & Optimization
  • Identify gaps in execution and suggest process improvements
  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Contribute to building scalable processes for campaign execution

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / campaign management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
