Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, coordinating with influencers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while working closely with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Execution & Management- Handle end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Pricing, and Sales) to understand campaign requirements
- Ensure seamless execution from influencer onboarding to content delivery and reporting
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines
2. Influencer Coordination & Communication- Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign briefs
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers during campaigns
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and ensure clarity on expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies
3. Content & Quality Control- Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Provide feedback and ensure necessary revisions are completed
- Ensure content quality, compliance, and timely approvals
4. Campaign Tracking & Reporting- Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI
- Maintain campaign trackers and documentation
- Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
5. Client Coordination- Work closely with clients to understand expectations and provide regular updates
- Address client queries and ensure satisfaction with campaign delivery
- Support in presenting campaign results and insights
6. Process & Optimization- Identify gaps in execution and suggest process improvements
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Contribute to building scalable processes for campaign execution
Key Skills & Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / campaign management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
