This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President, SEO and Organic Growth, based in Gurgaon. The role involves driving SEO and organic growth strategies, leading a team of experts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities include overseeing keyword strategies, optimizing website performance, analyzing organic traffic, executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and staying up-to-date with the latest search engine trends.

• Expertise in SEO, keyword research, and web analytics tools
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization strategies
• Proficient in content strategy, organic growth analytics, and digital marketing best practices
• Team leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in SEO are advantageous
• Prior experience in the digital marketing industry or working with a marketing agency is a plus
