Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue objectives. The role will also involve creating client presentations, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Proven experience in Client Acquisition.
• Proficiency in Financial Market Analysis and Investment Management, with knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, and Mutual Fund offerings
• Previous experience in wealth management or financial services is mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research skills and familiarity with current market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
