Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in USA hotels, motels, or extended-stay properties We're looking for a dynamic Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead marketing initiatives for our USA hotel portfolio all from our India operations.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for USA-based hotels, motels, and extended-stay properties.
- Target and manage accounts for budget hotel brands like Super 8 Wyndham, Motel 6, Studio 6, and similar.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and set ambitious sales goals.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards.
- Build strong client partnerships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India to drive lead generation and conversions for USA properties.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in hotel sales & marketing, preferably with exposure to the USA hospitality market.
- Experience with budget/extended-stay hotel brands is a strong advantage.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of USA market dynamics, rate positioning, and customer preferences.
