About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations, marketing initiatives, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and execution skills to help scale our SaaS-based PR distribution platform and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing teams, coordinating with developers, generating new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Project Management
- Manage and oversee our SaaS platform operations.
- Coordinate with the development team for feature enhancements, bug fixes, product improvements, and new releases.
- Clearly communicate business requirements and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 employees.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity tracking.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure team accountability.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve business goals.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Create and manage prospect pipelines.
- Build relationships with startups, enterprises, agencies, and business owners.
- Set monthly sales targets for yourself and the sales team.
- Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved consistently.
- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through digital outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
- Identify new channels for customer acquisition and brand growth.
Administrative & Operations
- Handle basic administrative responsibilities.
- Monitor office-related expenses and operational requirements.
- Support management in day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present sales, marketing, and operational updates directly to the CEO.
- Provide recommendations for improving business performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Operations Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working with SaaS products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Press Release Distribution, Digital PR, Media Relations, Newswire, or Content Marketing industry.
- Experience managing sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and SaaS business models.
