Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for the role of Senior Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share. Responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic sales pitches, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Strong expertise in Market Analysis and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Digital Sales Platforms
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or polymer industry is preferred
