Role Description

This is a full-time, role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, identifying potential customers, and generating sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, presenting products and solutions, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to convert leads and drive business results.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and present ideas persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or building materials sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in uPVC or Aluminium Sales is required.
• Minimum 2-3years experience in Sales and Marketing.
