Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience: 13 Years (Minimum 1 year experience in Jewellery industry preferred)
Education: Any Graduation
Gender: Male
Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and market jewellery products to retail customers and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales
- Visit clients, retailers, and market areas for business development
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into sales
- Understand customer needs and provide product suggestions accordingly
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports
- Maintain market knowledge on trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamond, silver preferred)
- Field sales experience
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Additional Requirements:
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Willing to travel within Bangalore
- Male candidates preferred
