Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen Detailing Bull's presence in the Gurgaon market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, closing deals, building relationships, and taking ownership of business growth. The candidate must be target-oriented, proactive, and confident in representing a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field activity, referrals, and self-generated leads.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed business through structured follow-ups and persuasive pitching.
  • Close deals while maintaining strong margins and premium positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

2. Marketing & Market Expansion

  • Develop partnerships with auto-related businesses, residential societies, corporates, and fleet owners.
  • Represent Detailing Bull in local activations, brand collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to convert online leads into confirmed sales.
  • Gather on-ground market intelligence including competitor insights and customer preferences.
  • Strengthen brand visibility across Gurgaon's premium customer base.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
  • Share structured weekly performance updates with management.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless customer experience post-sale.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of experience in field sales or direct sales (automotive or service industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a revenue-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication, confidence, and relationship-building ability.
  • High ownership, discipline, and willingness to work on-field daily.
  • Comfortable using basic CRM tools, Excel, and digital reporting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Gurgaon's business ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month
