Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing client interactions, guiding clients through the property buying process, and striving to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other team members to enhance business growth will also be an important part of this role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and foster client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans

- Passion for the real estate industry and knowledge of the local Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is a significant advantage
