Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Windflower Resorts & Spa, located in Salcette. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales activities to increase bookings, creating detailed sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also participate in marketing efforts, promote the resort's offerings, and monitor market trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Hospitality Sales, Customer Service Excellence, and understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent Organizational, Leadership, and Time Management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, create actionable strategies, and achieve revenue goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Sales Support tools and CRM software is preferred
  • A dynamic and proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
