Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Oversee recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets, track market trends, and stay aware of new products and competitor activity.
