This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in South Goa. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts. You will also analyze market trends, manage a sales team, and collaborate closely with other departments. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction will be at the forefront of your role.

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and pipeline management
• Strong communication skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, develop sales strategies, and achieve targets
• Team management experience, with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a sales team
• Customer service mindset to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the facilities management or related services industry is a plus
