Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in this full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team, overseeing performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align sales efforts with business goals and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Goal Achievement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
